With the implementation of GST (Goods and Services Tax) in June 2017, it became the unified tax system for businesses across India. However, having a GST number is not mandatory to start selling on Lookkart.in.
If you have a GST number, you can add it during registration. If not, you can still list and sell your products on our platform without any issues.
PAN
PAN Number
The PAN (Permanent Account Number) is a 10-digit alphanumeric ID issued by the Income Tax Department. It is essential for all individuals and business owners in India.
If you’re self-employed or own a business, you may have two PAN cards — one personal and one for your business.
You’ll need to provide your PAN details during registration to comply with tax regulations and for identity verification.
Bank Account Details
To receive payments for your sales, you must provide your bank account details, including:
- Account holder’s name

- IFSC code
